With over 45 years experience in the
telecommunications industry installing
and maintaining solutions that met
both commercial and technical needs for Small Medium Enterprise and larger
Corporate customers.
After 20 years as a BT Business Systems
engineer, I moved into sales and soon became a Voice and Convergence Specialist supporting BT Corporate accounts in Wales and the Midlands.
The next 10 years selling custom solutions for multi-sited Corporate customers using Voice over iP with technical design authority for converged solutions
I then left BT to work in the private
sector developing and introducing a
multi sited VOIP networks . I also implemented secure data networks, secure
encrypted email platforms and secure electronic sample collection
systems
In 2013, I started Q3 Associates Ltd, and
became an approved contractor for the Local Authority updating and
replacing the legacy telephone systems in Primary / Secondary schools and other
Local Authority sites.
